10win Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 10win platform, accessible at 10win.cx, including the mobile application available for Android and iOS. By accessing or using 10win in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account and must not use the platform. 10win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are intended for players based in Pakistan and are written in accordance with the platform's focus on serving Pakistani users. All amounts are expressed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

Each registered player is entitled to one account on 10win. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual — identified through device fingerprinting, IP address, payment method, or any other means — all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 10win strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling biometric login on the mobile app for additional protection.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 10win support immediately. Pending investigation, your account may be temporarily suspended to prevent further access. 10win will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where correct credentials were used.

10win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where suspicious activity is detected, where Terms violations are confirmed, or where verification requirements have not been met.

10win accepts deposits exclusively in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time and will be reflected in the platform's deposit section.

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including accounts belonging to family members, friends or any other person — are not permitted. Deposits found to have originated from third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the deposit section of the platform at the time of deposit. 10win does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — particularly for bank transfers or card transactions. 10win is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment processor.

Deposits are credited to your 10win balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, players should allow up to 30 minutes for the transaction to reflect before contacting support. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are near-instant.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from the Withdrawal section of the platform. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform verification requirements.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass standard identity verification. This typically involves confirming your name and contact details match the payment account you are withdrawing to. 10win may request additional documentation for higher-value withdrawals or where there is a reason to verify account ownership.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within minutes for verified accounts
• Raast: Usually same-day during business hours
• Bank Transfer: Standard interbank timelines apply — usually 1 to 2 business days
• Cards / Mobile Wallets: Processing times depend on the provider

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the Withdrawal section. 10win reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reason to suspect a Terms violation, fraud, or account security concern. Where a withdrawal is delayed for this reason, the player will be notified and support will advise on the next steps.

10win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and event-based promotions tied to major cricket tournaments such as PSL and T20 internationals.

Every bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms, including:

• Wagering requirement: The total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. This is clearly stated for each bonus.
• Expiry period: Bonuses must be used within a set time window. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.

10win sports betting covers Cricket events including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series involving Pakistan, as well as Football and Esports markets. Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a result dispute, 10win's decision is final.

Bets placed after the official market closing time will be void. In-play betting markets close automatically based on live event data. Technical issues on the player's side — such as a dropped internet connection — do not entitle the player to a refund of a placed bet.

10win uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all virtual games to ensure fair outcomes. Live Casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time. • A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other criminal behaviour is suspected
• The account has been inactive for an extended period
• Verification documents have not been provided when requested
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same person have been detected
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting 10win support. Voluntary account closures will be processed promptly. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification and processing.

Where an account is closed by 10win due to a confirmed Terms violation, remaining balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. In cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, the balance may be held pending investigation by relevant authorities.

10win provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a stable, secure and accessible service at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

10win is not liable for any losses, costs or damages arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or technical interruptions
• Network or connection issues on the player's side
• Errors in game display caused by the player's device or browser
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a player's own decision to continue playing

In all cases, 10win's liability to any individual player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim. 10win is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
